After waiting for this band aid for almost two years, Pocket Wizard got it wrong again… The original design was supposed support “Pro Photographers” that use the Canon battery pack for their 580EX flashes. The cut out for the battery pack cord is about a half inch too high… Duh!!! An adapter is supposed to be available to fix this blunder. Don’t hold your breath. This adapter will not see the light of day. Do not waste your money on this product if you use a battery pack for your Canon flash. Pocket Wizard should change their name to Pocket Worthless.
