I have been doing facilities maintenance for an educational program for over 10 years. A major part of this job is unclogging and repairing drains, performing minor electrical repairs, etc. I rely on my Eveready Industrial flashlight all the time. They are very rugged, produce a bright long lasting light and are comfortable to hold. The on and off switch is firm and resides in a shallow plastic trough which greatly reduces the chances of it being inadvertently turned on in your tool box. How many times have you gone to use a flashlight whose batteries are dead because the unit was accidentally turned on? For the price, these flashlights can't be beat!

These flashlights are great. I received a box from seller called 'Lamda life' that has been expired for several months. Though they still worked, obviously they have been sitting in the warehouse somewhere for a very long, long time. Though it also speaks to the quality of these batteries, I just want to give out a warning to all buyers that be careful of the risk of this kind. What is annoying is that it is almost impossible to exchange or return when dealing with smaller sellers. I learned my lesson.

This is more on the seller than on the product itself. They arrived in a day and a half and my smoke detectors were literally chirping for 2 days. I immediately installed them and they worked fine. I was so happy to see my shipment the day they arrived. The timing was perfect. The service was excellent!

The batteries were desparately needed.
