These flashlights are great. I have been doing facilities maintenance for an educational program for over 10 years. A major part of this job is unclogging and repairing drains, performing minor electrical repairs, etc. I rely on my Eveready Industrial flashlight all the time. They are very rugged, produce a bright long lasting light and are comfortable to hold. The on and off switch is firm and resides in a shallow plastic trough which greatly reduces the chances of it being inadvertently turned on in your tool box. How many times have you gone to use a flashlight whose batteries are dead because the unit was accidentally turned on? For the price, these flashlights can’t be beat!

this was such a great idea to buy from amazon.i went to walmart and to supermarket, way too expensive.i went to two different dollar stores, they were sold out (are you kidding me?).my wife forgot to buy batteries for me last time she was at costco, i got sick of all this.so on monday night, i just said, forget it — i went to amazon, and whoop, there they were, supercheap.i come home wednesday night, and whoop, here they are, and im happy now my roomba can have its virtual walls again, and i my bathroom radio can play me my mp3….one thing — the box was a bit beat up; they didn’t put any of those plastic peanuts into the box to keep the batteries from moving about. still, im very happy with my purchase, would definitely hit up amazon next time i need batteries.love it.

This is more on the seller than on the product itself. I received a box from seller called ‘Lamda life’ that has been expired for several months. Though they still worked, obviously they have been sitting in the warehouse somewhere for a very long, long time. Though it also speaks to the quality of these batteries, I just want to give out a warning to all buyers that be careful of the risk of this kind. What is annoying is that it is almost impossible to exchange or return when dealing with smaller sellers. I learned my lesson.

The batteries were desparately needed. They arrived in a day and a half and my smoke detectors were literally chirping for 2 days. I immediately installed them and they worked fine. I was so happy to see my shipment the day they arrived. The timing was perfect. The service was excellent!

i use these for my paintball guns and gear. i go through a lot of 9V. and paint ball gun draw a lot of power and it works all day.

the little plastic caps are nice. so you don't short any of your 9V out
